Hi everybody, I cant believe another summer is nearly upon us again. This summer 2019 I have a nice book of Elvis Shows from Elvis Wedding in Brentwood Essex, Elvis Tribute Show at a summer fete in Surrey through to my Theatre shows at the summers end. I must mention a diner at one of my Elvis night restaurant shows gave me a £140 tip the other day incredible to be appreciated in such a way.
Im looking forward to the release of the picture motion movie of Elvis and The Colonel in two years time. My observations as with the Queen Movie is that a blockbuster tends to promote the popularity of The Tribute Act so that the future for Elvis Tribute Acts is possivbly looking bright. I am confident the movie will show Elvis in a positive light .

May Bank Holiday had a great Elvis gig at Club Langley In Beckenham London. The audience was respectful and it was a pleasure to perform there.
After performing an Elvis Tribute in Surrey for a Vegas night I am still on a high. This really is the best job in the world !!! We all had a lot of fun and laughter and it was really nice to let our hair down.
Apologies for the lack of posts recently I have been very busy performing in London and the South East bringing my shows to carehomes in the afternoons and working on promotion for my future shows. I could really do with a manager sometimes lol.
Great weekend just gone for myself Chris Field. After performing my Beatles Show on two floors at a carehome in Sunbury SW London on Friday afternoon, I then drove on to Putney to perform my ” The year of 1969 show” at The Royal British Legion Putney. I was extremely pleased how it went non stop dancing all night to Elvis, The Beatles and The Beach Boys. After five hours singing on Friday I was glad to have an evening off on Saturday to allow my vocals to recover. I have a strong voice but even Friday tested my chords to its limits. All recovered by Sunday I performed my Beatles Tribute Show at an Avery Carehome in Surrey and had a wonderful afternoon and the photos illustrate this.

I performed my Elvis and The Beatles Come Together Show . wow I cant get over the great comments I received last night I am truelly humbled and honoured to get paid doing something I love and to make people happy, thank you all for a great night. We covers so many well known songs it was impossible to do them all.
Hi everybody… I have a great gig coming up at the Royal British Legion Putney in London on March 22nd 2019. It is my new three tributes in one night show ” The Year of 1969″. This represents three acts at the height of their popularity and performing. Elvis Presley returning to Las Vegas in 1969, The Beatles and also the Beach Boys. I am very much looking forward to delivering this ultimate tribute show of popular music.
Hi everybody hope you are all enjoying the lovely Bank Holiday weather. My Elvis Tribute Show in Camber Sands East Sussex this Bank Holiday went great. Im posting a few photos of the evening, I wore the famous Elvis Owl Suit which Elvis wore from the 1972 documentary “Elvis On Tour” where he sang “Bridge Over Troubled Waters”. Im sure I will be back there in the very near future.

With the great weather this weekend I have been washing some of my Elvis 1970s jumpsuits taking advantage of the drying conditions. Probably the worse part of being an Elvis Tribute is the cleaning of these rhinestone suits. They can get dirty and sweaty on stage so need to be cleaned regularly to keep a clean image on stage.
I have had this conversation with many other Elvis Impersonators and we all seem to have different techniques. I use soda crystals in warm bath water followed by a good rinse in cool clean water, finally finishing in a pool of clean cool water with added fabric conditioner to leave them smelling great. The worst incident of a dirty Elvis Jumpsuit was when a person accidently spilt red wine on a white suit of mine when I was an Elvis Impersonator in Ipswich Suffolk performing at a private party. Unfortunately these events occasionally happen from time to time.
